阴道黏膜瓣在女复男易性病尿道延长术中的应用(1)
[摘要]目的：探讨阴道黏膜瓣行尿道延长术在女复男易性病手术中的应用。方法：对37例女复男易性病患者采用阴道黏膜瓣行尿道延长术。结果：全部患者尿道延长手术均获成功，尿道口由原来的女性尿道口延长至耻骨联合，4例发生阴道黏膜瓣远端与皮肤缝合处黏膜糜烂，二期愈合。2例发生尿瘘，二期清创缝合后痊愈。结论：在女复男易性病患者的治疗中，利用发育较好的阴道黏膜施行尿道延长术，不仅使术后切口张力减小，而且减少术后尿道毛发生长导致毛石症的困扰。
